Fixed the wheels on my sliding screen door and rescreened it. It's awesome now. I had my baby in his car seat with and someone carried out the screen door and helped me put it in my car.
This place has everything you will ever need and if they don't they can order it and get it fast. Large parking lot for easy in and out. Helpful, friendly employees who know what you need even if you don't. Its nice to shop and have professionals helping you. A great shopping experience.
I thought I liked it here, supporting local businesses and all. Then I bought some chicken wire I soon realized was hard to work with and I didn't even need it in the first place, so I brought it back, un-cut but unfortunately not in the plastic wrap so they wouldn't let me return it. I had the receipt and everything. Nothing was broke or damaged. So I left the store, out 20 bucks, stuck with a roll of wire, and feeling stupid. So, I'm now done at ace hardware. What a bummer.
I've always supported local hardware because they can stock hard to find niche hardware for my rebuilding projects. ordering non stock stuff is way easier than the big box stores. also, my go to place for chrome hardware for motorcycle custom work.
