Service was great...it is Friday night before Christmas and Luis was here in about 25 minutes. Opened door in just a few minutes. Very satisfied customers and highly recommend calling them.
I'm very suspicious about all these good reviews. The business that I work for hired this company to fix a lock on our commercial building entry door. The first guy that came was there for over an hour and ultimately couldn't fix it. Another guy came and replaced a part. He was there less than an hour and charged us a total of $225 just in labor. We were charged an additional $560 in parts. There is NO WAY I will believe that those parts were that expensive. The total was almost $800 for a very basic job. The invoice describing the parts is very vague and only lists 2 parts. This was an insert on a door that was less than 8X10 inches and this had parts in it worth $560?! I'm not buying it. I believe they took advantage of a situation in which the business owner who made the call wasn't on site and 2 female employees were the only ones there when the service was finished and the bill was presented for payment at the time of service. A call was made to them a few days later asking for a detailed receipt of what was done etc and they never sent it to us. Go figure. We will NEVER call them again. Beware: especially if you are a business.
