I have been coming here for longer than i can remember, however lately the service here has continuously plummeted, and now I wait more than 20 minutes at their drive through window every time i want a pizza. "Hot and ready" is not the phrase I would use to describe the coon rapids location. The staff members are slow and seem to not care at all about their customers. I think management should seriously reconsider who they have working there, the employees are disrespectful and unprofessional. Not impressed.
Ordered a pepperoni "best" pizza and an order of garlic cheese bread. Supposed to be hot and ready. Only 1 other car there. They came out twice to ask me what my order was. I watched 5 other cars that came after me get their orders before me. Finally received it after over 40 minutes of waiting. Poor service!
Ordered the $6 “Extra Most Bestest” pepperoni pizza. Supposed to be a lot more. I measured 2 inches of open crust without anything on it.
Came in ordered a pizza. They didn't have it available- told me it would take about 10 minutes to put through the oven. Stepped outside, came back 15 minutes later (when the pizza should have been done) and they hadn't even made the pizza nor placed it in the oven. No apology or reason given. Needs some process and efficiency structure in place between front and back of house. No communication at all!
Great customer service! It was almost time to close the place, there was about 20 minutes left, we went in to order 4 pizza and he still made it for us even though everything was already cleaned and put away!! Great job!
