Great park and campground. Feel like you are out in the country even though you are in suburbs. Friendly staff. Nice walking trails

I have been coming here since I was a child. I think this is a great park, miles of trails that wind through the forest. There is a stable close by that I have taken my children horse riding. The Wave Pool is also here and is pretty fun if you are a kid.

I've lived across the park for 2 years now and still discover new adventures over there! There is a resident Red Tailed Hawk that I love to watch, lots of woodpeckers and song birds too. I've seen deer on the trails and even a coyote by the activities center! Love listening to the frogs in the Spring and the horses year round. Great paved trails for biking and the stroller. Fun off trails for hiking. Playgrounds for the kids as well. Great place to spend the day!

Beautiful place with lovely walking paths and beautiful open fields. Great place for family pictures if you need them though depending on the time of year you may need to work around the other photographers there.

This is a nice, large park with good paved trails for walking, jogging, or biking in warmer weather, and good snow-shoeing or cross country skiing in the winter. The park has many gently rolling hills, which make for better exercise. It also has a veterans' memorial, playgrounds, a campground, and picnic shelters in several areas.
