IF you are buying or selling I'd stay away from this company.

When my fiance and I considered buying a home, we contacted Beccah to help us find the right fit. We talked with her about the kind of home we wanted, and she found some great options! Going to look at the properties with Beccah was awesome-- we found a home on the first trip, put an offer in, and got that offer accepted within a day. She was very kind and attentive throughout the process, which made us feel important and respected. We are very happy with our first home.
The agent changed the contract just hours before closing telling us that it was to our advantage yet it wasn't. When asked owner of this agency --he said well, you signed it and wouldn't give back the extra $500 agency fee's--because why? He didn't make enough money off the 4 transactions because of my friend's sale of his home?
Owner of company is RUDE. The owner has forgotten who the customer is in his greed (imho)
We loved our home selling and buying experience! Rick helped sell our home after only a few days on the market. And Babette helped us find the perfect new home. I recommend Keller Williams to everyone I know looking to buy or sell.
The agent laughed with the buyer when he said I feel bad about you paying the closing (because he was broke--which he was far from broke but the agent gave his full allegiance to him because he was selling TWO of buyer's homes.) Even flew home from his new home in another state saying he wanting to surprise THE BUYER --not to do any work for us! He didn't even step foot in the house my guy bought yet he got thousands of dollars for mucking up the deal.

So, I've written a review on Google & it is gone. So I'll post again. I was in the room at the closing, I saw first hand all the ethical violations . They'll try to bury this review or claim I wasn't a customer ...folks need to speak up and vote with the $ There are A LOT of real estate agents that do a great job! This agency allowed agent dual agency yet the agent was too busy moving, going to school and paying attention to the buyer at the expense of the seller. Example it took 5 months to close and even then the agent didn't even bring paperwork to closing. It took over a month for us to hear back on the house inspection "he the agent misplaced it" (have emails to document all of this!)
