Licensed psychiatrist told me to take my severe depression concerns to my (non-exsistant) primary care provider. Awesome.
The front desk employees are nice. Too many employee turn overs in the last two years, this all has a unexpected effect on the clients that have just been told they will no longer be seen buy their therapist.
Just don't even bother. You will have to wait over an hour and a half for just a 10 minute appointment. Front desk people are super rude. Psychiatrists are not helpful. Go anywhere else.
This place is a JOKE. The "Nurse" Doesn't understand Benzo Withdrawal, told me she didn't know what I should do when I left my Meds at a friends 2 hours away even tho Benzo withdrawal I NOW KNOW can kill you and you should go to the hospital. My Psychiatrist was an A-hole. Avoid at all costs.
the front desk people are super nice. i don't get my meds from here. the new brighton pharmacy better. but, i really like dr. keiser is nice. i didn't like her at first but, after some months i learned she was super good.
