Front Desk: their staff were all very helpful, courteous & always made sure I was up to date on info, schedule change or delay.
PT: most of them were really helpful & motivating.
Scheduling: i was able to get seen right away for an issue with my right arm numbness, i was diagnosed with very stiff neck muscles that pinched my nerves that caused the numbness.
I heard that their Roseville location is very busy all the time (considering it's closer to the Metro) so I'd rather drive 10-15 more minutes just so I can get the schedule/time that works for me instead of waiting for their schedule to clear up. Highly recommend Coon Rapids PNBC location for that.
