I wanted to get my daughters hair cut. My plan was to have her hair cut this certain way where there is a bob in the back and it's longer in the front. Well, After the lady who did my daughter's hair was done, it looked horrible. right in front of her head towards the side, it was clearly cut super short and the back was uneven. The right side of her hair was longer than her left. I have to now part my daughter hair a certain way, just to make sure and cover up the ladies cut. She told me that her daughter has the same thing and it's because she uses pony tails a lot. I said no, to my daughter using pony tails and then she literally told me that my daughter must have cut it herself. HOW? IT WASN'T THERE BEFORE I BROUGHT HER IN? She tried to brush it off that it wasn't her fault. It clearly was because there was short hair right in the front along with some other long hair. It gave her a horrible chopped look in the front. The lady lied to me. The other lady who was working there refused to smile at me when I smiled at her & couldn't wait to leave before I left, just down right rude. I WILL NEVER, EVER, EVER go to another Fantastic Sams in my life for any of my family members and I will warn people to stay away from them. This one in particular is horrible!!!!
Friendly staff, minimal wait. The stylist, Britney, asked a lot of questions to make sure everything was done right the first time and did a great job overall. Quick service, I'll definitely be back.

Been getting my haircut here for a few years. Very nice staff, and hair is always cut well. No matter the stylist.
Got here at 5:35 for a quick trim for my husband and they had already locked the doors and the door said closes at 6pm. Three other people walked up and tried to go in as we watched from our car. Why close half hour (or sooner, who knows when they locked up) and lose paying customers? Bad customer service and we didn't even make it in the door. And we saw two stylists just sitting in there...
