Poor service waiter took our order and than he left never seen him again until we got our boxes but the food was pretty good but service is everything
Great for a cheep out to eat place, love thier two for $20 or $25 great deal. They also offer senior discount when asking for it
1/1/2018- I would like to start by saying if I could do negative stars I would leave -3. Arrived at 4:15pm took 5 minutes to be seated ( in a section where the waitress didn’t start til 5:00) waited another 15 minutes to get water and menus then another 10 minutes to see wait staff again we then ordered the all you can eat ribletts or chicken strips waited 5 minutes to be told the promotion that’s all over there website and television commercials didn’t start til the next day and they don’t have a button for it we than waited at least 7-10 minutes for the manager to show up and say the same thing and walk away we then waited another 10 minutes with no one coming so we just left. I have eaten at this location many times with out many issues this time was very aggravating.
Went with a group of 18 people. They staff was ready for the challenge! The waitress was incredible! ( I wish I could remember her name!)
NO issues with the order! Except we did end up with an extra appetizer, that was free. The seating worked perfect! We had multiple tabs with no issues! We had a great time!
The food is good but service at the car side to go is pretty slow. I think car side gets pretty low priority. There is now a sign that says if you've been waiting longer than a minute, call us again. Also, I always ask for plastic utensils, but they never remember to give then.... Frustrating!!
