I came to this Chipotle (Coon Rapids) because its closer to home & I've been told this Chipotle is a bit quicker with customer service. Just finished a 12 hour shift & I'm currently 7 months pregnant, & there was a line out the door. The staff there was AMAZING. Quick on their feet & smiles on their faces. Specifically a younger female employee who moved a million miles a minute & was sweet as can be. I hate waiting, but if she was working the line I'd wait again. Great job.
Good food. Never order online it is always wrong, and I mean always. Slowest service on this planet. If you don't mind waiting this is the place to be.
Visually check your food if you order online and pick up. They short you or screw it up when you don't watch them make it. Just picked up two bowls that were only half full of food, literally only half full! Not worth $20 in my book. The food is real hit or miss at this store. Don't bother trying to call to complain they won't answer the phone. Sad part is they were not even busy at all tonight. Really disappointed Chipotle!
This location has been over 10 minutes behind on my family’s orders more than 2 times. The employees might need better training. I also paid for a steak bowl but got a chicken bowl even though I paid for a steak bowl.
I have never had a bad thing to say about this location. But I ordered online for the first time and I can promise you I will never do it again. It may have been done by the time I asked but everything was cold. The bag was open when they handed it to me and I have no idea how long it was sitting there for. I ordered about an hour before I could pick it up so it was ready for me when I was done with work. It tastes like they made it about the time I placed the order. Very disappointed. Lesson learned. Will only be ordering in store from now on.
