I worked with Joan for positive dog training. Joan was a great teacher but often got confused with class times and subject matter. At the time, I believe she was the only trainer. She was always quick to apologize and flexible with making sure I was compensated for the mistakes. I have also had good luck with the groomers at this location.

Went first to PetCo in Blaine, MN. This is where I generally go. I like to buy 2 - 12 packs of Nutro cans of Senior Lamb Hearty Stews as it is a 4 mile drive from my home. Came up dry there, so ended up at the Ridgedale PetCo in Coon Rapids. A total of 38 miles to buy dog food. NOT happy. But at least they had 23 cans. I will call before I do that again to make sure they have it in stock! A need to get their ducks in a row.
Petco has usually done a good job washing my dog, however I had an unpleasant expierence this last time I took him to get washed. My dog is a german shorthair so normally he has a lot of energy (however this shouldn’t have been a problem) I had an appointment at 10:00 and usually it takes about an hour but I got a call 20 minutes later saying that the workers couldn’t kennel my dog and that they were going to be done soon. When I picked him up they charged me an extra fee because they weren’t able to kennel him which is understandable. However when I brought him home I noticed a cut on his back paw, the cut wasn’t just a normal scratch, it was a large portion of skin taken out. This has never happened before throughout all the times Ive taken him to get washed and his nails trimmed there. I also noticed that he didn’t smell any different except on his back where the hair is thicker. Every part of him smelled the same as before almost like they didn’t wash my dog (he usually comes back smelling very good with no problems at all). So because my dog had more energy than normal and they couldn’t kennel him, they did a poor job and also cut my dog. I am very disappointed and upset with Petco for the job that I paid them to do.
GREAT customer service. Item we wanted was out of stock, and the woman helping us took the time to locate the item at a different store and had them hold it for us. Will definitely come back.
EDIT: Last time I was there, the ferrets had clean bedding a nice little hut to snuggle in.
