I had a really good experience here. I called ahead and the person on the phone was very helpful. She provided all the information that I needed to feel comfortable going to this Clinic and to understand the cost Associated before I even got there. As soon as I arrived they helps me process my paperwork very quickly and got my dog into an exam room. The veterinarians that I interacted with were compassionate and answered all of my questions. I trusted them completely with my dog. The procedure was done right away and I was able to take my dog home with really comprehensive instructions. The entire experience was very good for me. They took away a lot of my worry about my dog and everything was fantastic.
I've had to take my dogs here a few times. While we did have to wait, because dogs/cats were in more urgent situations, I feel my dogs received quality care while here. It is most definitely not easy seeing your best friend in pain, and I can't imagine what the techs and Vets go through on a nightly basis in an emergency clinic. Thank you for doing what you do, after reading the reviews it's clear you're under appreciated. Thank you for saving my dogs, providing them excellent care and dealing with me crying like a hot mess in the process. I truly appreciate the staff and all your clinic has done for us over the past years.
Doctor and vet techs were passionate, caring and understanding. First we were there our dog chocked on a meat bone. Second time our dog injured his shoulder. Both times we left feeling our dog was valued and respected. Knowing that our dog would be fine. When our dog was experiencing a possible mass on his brain and it wasn't looking good for our four legged family member. It was comforting to come to this place knowing they would tell me the best end results. They answered my many questions with sincerity. Thank you EVS for honoring our dog in his last moments in life.
I am giveing this place 0 stars because we waited for about 2.5 hours and they only took my dog back for he temp and weight. They never said anything to us after that. They say there an emergency vet clinic but I don't think so I just think they want us for our money. I over heard this nice lady with a dog that I could tell was supper sick for her to pay for 2 X-rays because they messed up with the first one and that was over 1,000$ minutes that is just plan old stupid.
Dr Kim Anderson was amazing. She answered every question I had, took the time to explain everything thoroughly and on a non-doctor level. I would absolutely recommend this clinic for any emergency sick pet situations.
