Excellent service. Pick up and return is a great plus. Great friendly people at this location. (A slight problem when the windshield wipers were not working properly but they had me in another car within 10 minutes so it was no big deal.). Office was closed - a holiday- when I returned the car. I got a courtesy phone call next day.

Very helpful. Exchanged my vehicle for one I preferred to drive, and they had the car warning up for me when I got there. Considering the sub-zero temps it was very thoughtful.

The rental was quick and the service was friendly, it was the final billing which was poor. I checked my credit card statement and they charged me for an extra day's rental. It was dropped off during after hours with the key drop and was assured that was OK. I went to the location and the branch manager said he would reverse the charges. I checked my statement two days after he told me it would be fixed and still no credit. Today I called the branch and have to check back in two days or call again if not reversed. This is not a good way to do business, I may never rent with them again and take my business else where.
