Extremely quick and friendly service. Checked out my car, grabbed me a rental. I was out in under 30 minutes.
Very rude customer service, a lady named Beth Benton was claiming they get paid by the hour and that she can repeat things all day. Also very rude to the repair provider. My husband scheduled to have a windshield replacement today at his work. He drove the car to work, and was unable to drive his car home. They left his car without a windshield and have been less than accommodating. Cancelling our policies once we have the windshield figured out, and never recommending Progressive again!
Our vehicle was hit by an insured driver. We were told by Steven Wapple we could get a quote from any repair facility of our choosing and they they would pay to fix it since the other driver was found 90% at fault (we were found 10% at fault because I did not hit the brakes when he pulled out from behind a car and ran into the side of me after it was determined he was not even looking in the direction he was going!!). After taking a day off of work (not paid either) he told us that it has to be done at the progressive shop, no othere options. Also they were going to pay 100% for a rental now they will only pay 90%. I don't trust them anymore and do not want their shop working on my vehicle. What else will they lie about? We have full coverage, this was not my fault, why do I have to pay out of pocket for something I did not cause and what is the point of full coverage insurance then if I'm just going to be lied to and taken advantage of? It seems like it's better to be the one who causes the accident then the one on the reciving end. I will be changing insurance companies, progressive lies and scams people.
