Requested SUV or minivan over a week before pick up. Was told they didn't have one the day of but I could have a Camery instead. Had no choice as my car was already dropped off at shop. Got there and he said the promised Camery wasn't "stickered" so stuck me in a Corolla! 3 kids and car seats... not possible. Took it for the night while I could figure something else out. 20 minutes later got a call from Jay asking me to come back because someone left items in the car they wanted back! I was not available to turn around and go right back so he sent some random guy to me! There was NOTHING left in the car but here was some stranger digging through it. Totally unacceptable. Returns the car the next day and went to Enterprise.
Had an issue with insurance approval but everything was worked out. Fast to pickup from and drop back off. Great customer service from Jay!
Horrible. Never said there was a deposit. The computers kept freezing. They sent me a lyft driver who left me. Just worst experience I've ever had. Next time it's Enterprise
