I'm a bargain shopper. Found a ceramic piggy bank on a clearance rack because it was missing the court. Did not have a red clearance price on it so I asked if it was discounted and, if so, how much?Only $1 and regular price was $12.99. I was rather disappointed as I would need to go to other stores to locate a cork the right size and then have to pay for it. I would have expected the discount to be enough to make it worth my time. Hmmm. Dissatisfied.
